You’ve heard about Yelp and Google Reviews. Now the new kid on the block is Facebook Reviews. On October 2013, Facebook added a review feature on all the Facebook Business pages. Users can now log into Facebook, visit a business page and rate them from 1 to 5 stars, as well as leave a brief comment. The review feature allows users to give an impression of how they feel about the service or product they received from a business.
Since its release, my clients have been asking questions like:
- How can I get more positive reviews?
- How do I delete or edit some of the reviews?
- How do I remove the Facebook Reviews feature?
Just like Yelp and Google Reviews the admin to the pages cannot change or delete the rating or comments. I’ve advised the practices I manage to always be on the look out for happy patients with a smart phone and ask them to rate you on Facebook. Those 1-3 positive reviews you get a week will add up and overpower the handful of negative reviews you may get, thus maintaining an awesome rating score.
